Studio de L’Arrière Monde is a sound laboratory based in Rabastens. It is dedicated to connect musicians, sound designers and novices wishing to experiment over a given time with various sound forms with an experimental approach for the majority: Field recordings, sound art, electronic music, lo-fi  etc. ​

The goal of the place is to connect artists from different aeras in a short time in order to experiment and create hybrid sound forms and more...​

From October 2024, it will become a space for workshops, exhibitions, quiet concerts and lectures.
